Guideposts for Organizing

To build upon learned experience in our political practice, Solidarity Kjipuktuk / Halifax developed a process through which guideposts were set to mark our points of collective agreement on political analysis and behaviour.

Each set of guideposts represented areas of common agreement that enabled us to establish a political mandate for our membership. This in turn set a course for each of our actions and overall trajectory. These documents were a work in constant progress.
